I participated in the 40th Chemistry Dojo held in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture. The conference was primarily for organic chemists from the Chugoku-Shikoku branch, and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to presentations I wouldn't normally hear. I also gave presentations on crystalline thermal engines, flexible conductive crystals, and two-dimensional films of single-molecule magnets. I was also able to exchange business cards with many professors. I look forward to continuing our relationship in the future. The inn where I stayed, the dinner and breakfast, and the hot springs were all wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Professor Nokami (Tottori University), the organizer, and everyone involved in the operation of the event.
